Balenciaga HQ returns it’s a fact! The luxury fashion house has recently returned not only to the old values from before the scandals but also to the historic Parisian headquarters of its founder. When Cristobal Balenciaga in 1937 he moved to France, and placed the fashion house, which had been in existence for two decades, at 10 avenue George V. The return of Balenciaga’s headquarters has been on the horizon for some time. Two years ago, the iconic building reopened, hosting the first haute couture show under the current creative director Demny Gvasalia. It was already then a signal that the brand is planning to return to the haute couture business, which it had discontinued 53 years earlier. Since then, Balenciaga has organized two more shows in this aesthetic there. The last one took place on July 5.
